Nothing here is engineering, legal or investment advice for your particular plot or project. Advice needs the specifics, and those come from a conversation, not a web page.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the form does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige us to take on your project.

Any price we give in reply is an estimate based on what you have told us. A binding price follows a site visit, a reviewed design and a signed contract.

Timelines shown on this site, including those on the process page, are typical ranges observed in practice. They depend on the municipality, the plot and matters outside our control, and are not promises.

Content and images

The text, photographs, drawings and layout of this site belong to MATHIL d.o.o. or are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking.

Project photographs show work we carried out or managed. Where our role was to manage or supervise on behalf of a main contractor rather than to build under our own contract, the project page says so.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, and the courts of Montenegro have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
